No need to deploy Agentforce agent on community site to test it.

There are two ways to test it without deploying on community site.
✅ First you can test your Agentforce agent in agent builder.
✅ Second is by using Embedded Service Deployment.
Go to ->Setup-> Embedded Service Deployment you created to deploy for the agent ->Under ESD go to Test Messaging -> Click Test Messaging Link.
There you go, you can send files also in Test Messaging.
