How to Unlock a User in Salesforce

Today we will see how we can unlock a user in salesforce.
For Example: You have tried to login 3 times with your password in the sandbox but it couldn’t login then your user is locked.
Then the other user who is having system admin access in that org can unlock you.
There will be a unlock button on the user just click on that and user will be unlocked and a mail is sent to the user.
