Hi, All today i am telling you about the PG(Paying Guest) in NCR region. I know most of the students or freshers who are new in NCR do not know about PG. So here are some points related to it.

1. If you are selected in a company in NCR region so you will have to stay here.There are so many options to live but i suggest two options. Relative’s home or PG.
2. I suggest you to stay at relative’s home at least for 1 month because in this time of period you will be comfortable with the environment and you will also get the idea of PG facilities available near your office.
3. If you do not have any relative in the city then you have two options. PG or Room on rent.There is a condition with room on rent which i suggest that if you are 2 or more persons can live in a room and you can make your food yourself then always take room because a lot of money you can save but if you are alone then you prefer PG.
4. Payment mode of PG
   1. one month rent in advance and
   2. security deposit amount same as the one month rent and you have to pay it when you are taking PG first time.
   3. They will tell you that last month you have no need to pay your security will be adjusted through security deposit.
   4. If you do not have money for security you can tell to the owner of the PG that next month you can pay or i can pay in two months(half- half amount).
   5. Never panic that how you will manage.
5. PG will provide you almost all facilities. These are the things which you should ask before taking PG.
   1. Room will be shared with other persons or not. Always take two room sharing if you have not enough money then go for 3 sharing.
   2. Bed,Bed sheet,pillow,attached bathroom,separate almirah,geezer for winters,
   3. What’s the food facility.
   4. Most important washing machine because boys always face problems in washing clothes and after office i think no one have time to wash his/her clothes.
6. For food they have their fixed menu for the week.
7. There are different PG for girls and boys and also combined but then price will be different.
