Today i will provide the information about the original documents that are needed after placement when you first time go to your company.HR will verify your documents.
So without wasting more time.Let’s look at the points.
- Resume
- 5 latest passport size photographs.
- High School mark sheet and certificate.
- Intermediate mark sheet and certificate.
- All semester’s mark sheets and most important final degree of graduation.
- All semester’s mark sheets of your post graduation and degree if you have.
- All the certificates of your participation’s and diploma if you have.
- Passport
- Aadhar Card
- Pan Card
- Bank Account No.
- Emergency Contact No.
Arrange all the documents in a good file.
I suggest you to scan all these documents and save them on Google Drive.You have no need to create any additional account for this purpose.Just go to your gmail id and there will be a menu.Select Google Drive option and make a folder in it. Upload your Documents there. I am suggesting this to all of you because sometimes you will not have time to arrange them.That time you can send them to the HR in a mail just providing the link of your documents.
I suggest you to take a set of photocopy of all the documents with the originals.And apply for the documents which you do not have already.Because after joining you will not get the time to apply for them.So it is good to apply or get the documents before getting a job.
